Riflekraft Guardian Training Plan
Description
The Guardian Training program is a great way to develop a well-rounded skill set with a rifle on your own terms at your home range.
This program is raw and designed to raise your performance in all four major shooting positions and gain insight to your own strengths and weaknesses as well as push your familiarity with your equipment.
Focus + effort + data driven curriculum = gains in performance and understanding.
Expectations
You will be expected to shoot a certain number of drills on paper, perform the assigned dry fire drills with accompanying worksheets and submit the results at the end of each week.
Conveniently all live fire drills will be performed at 100y. Your actual live fire target results (along with the data obtained as you dry fire) will dictate the following weeks exercises.
A typical week will require 50 rounds live fire and at least an additional day or two dry fire work. The number of range days is up to you and your availability to access a 100y range where you can shoot positionally.
All exercises can be repeated but each shot will be recorded and reported for data processing and analysis for the following weeks individualized workouts.
The end of the course will provide a breakdown of your numbers and abilities from start to finish.
